Events:
- 15-18
December 2009: International Symposium on Performance Science, Auckland, New
Zealand. Organised by the
University of Auckland and the Centre of Performance Science at the Royal
College of Music, London. ISSTIP presented Andy Evans and Hara Trouli’s paper on
a review of the ISSTIP clinics between 1990-2005. Hara Trouli also presented her
work on the treatment of carpal tunnel in pianists. The conference was highly
successful and was attended by a great number of music educators, scientists and
students from all over the world. We are grateful for our participation and we
look forward to our future collaborations and research that will bring us again
to such prestigious events.

- Carola Grindea’s name
will be inscribed in the Book of Remembrance at the Friends of the Musiciancs’
Chapel, St Sepulchres Church, Holborn Viaduct, London EC1A 9DE on Tuesday April 20th
at 6.00 pm. ALL ARE WELCOME
- EPTA UK will be holding its Annual
Conference at Trinity College of Music, London in July 22-24, 2010. For

- PAMA 28th Annual Symposium
on Medical Problems of Performing Artists, July 29-August 1, 2010 at
Snowmass, Colorado, USA. For more information www.artsmed.org
- EPTA International Conference will take place in Ljubljana, capital city of Slovenia, in October 2010 and there will be a session on Musicians’
Health.
ISSTIP will be participating with three presentations and will take part
