Neck & Back Problems are endemic among instrumentalists. Can we invite some personal experiences to this Forum?

Some times ago i was suffering from back problems and also some other health issues like depression etc. Then i started meditation and now i am quite well. Meditation is a best option for me.

My experience with meditation can be summed up by the punchline of the old Irish joke - 'I wouldn't start from here.' If your posture/breathing is poor then your meditation may not be that efficacious. I spent 6 months doing 20 minutes of Chi Gong every morning years ago. It didn't have much benefit - my diet was wrong, I knew nothing about posture and it was to take another 10 years before my sinuses sorted themselves out. I suppose what I'm saying is there is no one-size-fits-all regime. Without expert guidance many, if not most, can easily find themselves just reinforcing bad habits.
